What counts as a "message"?
Every reply your bot sends counts as one message. A visitor asking three questions in a conversation uses three messages, not one.
What happens if I go over my monthly limit?
Your bot keeps working -- it just stops answering with a short note asking the visitor to check back next month or contact you directly. Nothing breaks, and no visitor conversation is ever cut off mid-reply. Upgrade any time to raise the cap immediately.
What's the difference between "bring your own key" and "hosted"?
